She started dancing at 18 months old.

The name preppy comes from the style and color of the hat that she wears and claws come from her skeleton costume that has really long claws, hence, the name “preppyclaws”.

She once stated in an interview that she had started doing videos on TikTok to inspire others to “get out of the comfort zone and dance to her fullest”.

The first post that she uploaded to her TikTok account was in December 2021.

When asked during a Q&A, if she would reveal her true identity, preppyclawas stated that yes, she would but she had something special planned in order to do so.
